## Local install

Project is created with netbeans or ant. It would be better to use netbeans to build it.

## You'll need 

* Netbeans
* Java
* Server (Tomcat)
* Postgresql

## Modifications you need to do before build

* 'urrsm.sng.Config' contains important configurations. You need to change them accordingly
